Providence plumbing and heat was hired to rough in 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. After receiving a deposit they had the materials delivered and showed up for a few hours the first day and then the phone game was on, unfortunately we had to hire another local company to come in and complete the job, permits where never pulled like they should have been. We never received the balance owed to us. Unfortunately my experience was very poor

Andy was incredibly responsive and his team was efficient and thoughtful. Andy made some very helpful suggestions and did not pressure me to do more or spend more than I needed. All of these qualities are quite rare in todays climate and make his services really stand out. I highly recommend them.
This company is how every company should conduct themselves! We had an emergency with our heating system so I decided to try this company based on the good reviews and they did not disappoint! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! The pricing is very reasonable, they are super punctual, and they do clean cut work. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Joe and Sharra!
We used Joe today to solve a heating problem with our Nest thermostat. He was timely, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend him for your needs. His card will stay at the top of my pile for service repair. I couldn’t be happier.
