Be careful It definitely is a lot of violence and roaches. There is black mold. Maintenance is cool. Office is iffy. Notes on your door every other week. Kids messing with your car. Ive had to replace 3 tires in 2 months. They hired better security. It can be better if they stop just moving ppl in because once they leave office we have to deal with them.

Providence Apartments My apartment is located in a family orientated area of the south side of Sacramento. I am a single parent with one child and I am disabled on SSI. We live because this all I could afford but what I like is it's a gated and has security which it makes it safe. The only thing is they change managers every year. But other than that it's alright.
