DO NOT, under any circumstance, GO TO PROVIDENCE PHYSICAL THERAPY! They will miss-bill your insurance company and you can not get it resolved with their billing department, who simply refers you back to your insurer.. who refers you back to the Providence Physical Therapy Billing Department... and yes, we even have Providence Insurance. Top notch experiences with both PT and OT. I grew from debilitating pain that limited daily activities to being able to hike mountains and rock climb outdoors for days in a row. My ortho couldn’t believe how good my range of motion and strength were in my hip with moderate to severe osteoarthritis. He said, “You’re doing the right PT!” Laura is amazing

Vince Quintos and Jessica H are excellent physical therapists, combining empathy and skill. Beyond instruction in useful exercises, they both gave me a good sense of where I was in regard to rehabilitation. Also, unlike many PTs, they actually use physical manipulation as a part of their therapy.
I went here previously a couple of years ago, and now I’m back to continue my pelvic floor physical therapy. I had a good experience last time and continue to do so. The pelvic floor specialist I'm working with (Aleah) is knowledgeable, kind, and fun to chat with. I believe I'm improving with her help. The staff is friendly as well. All in all, I recommend this place.
