Have been their customer for only a few months and we are very happy. They provide excellent customer service and really listen to your concerns. Their technicians are professional and have always arrived on schedule (which is rare). And you don't have to wait a week for a technician to come and fix the problem. They has help rid our house/yard of insects and rodents. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pest control service.

Had a huge wasp issue. The technician was out the same day, took care of the issue. Additionally I had her do preventive spraying inside and out. She is very friendly and helpful as well as clear about what to expect. I have her scheduling us for ongoing preventative treatments.

I woke up a few days ago with bug bites in the morning and was very concerned that we had bed bugs. It turned out we did not have bed bugs but had carpet beetles that he said looked very similar to bed bugs. I wouldn't look anywhere else for your bed bug needs.

Providence Pest Control Pros service in Providence RI did a great job on our Pest Control service. Did a great job! The exterminator took a couple of days to make it to our house, but was totally worth the wait. He will always be my first call for pest problems. We had a mouse in our house for a few weeks. His team worked very hard and tore the place apart in a good way. Very thorough. They checked the basement, garage and attic. No stone was left unturned and he found the mouse entry point. Providence Pest Control Pros did a great job in Providence RI for my pest control service. After a miserable set of experiences with other service, I looked for a local independent - which is clearly where I should have started in the first place. This service exterminator took the time to educate and to be thorough with his inspection. The value relative to prior experiences with exterminators was far superior. Excellent, efficient experience. I highly recommend him. Nice guy, to boot.
