The best place to live
The manager lupe is rude. She does not how to handle situations and conduct herself. If you tell her you will take legal action if things do not get fixed after waiting months and not getting anything from her she hangs up on you. She needs to know the law on managing an apartment complex.
The A/C has been broken at my parents apartment for the last 3 months. Management was told about it and they're response was that they've been waiting for a part to arrive, for 3 months!! When they call the office no one answers, and when they do they get told the same thing the parts on the way.
The manager is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to handle a apt complex and it’s tenants, she’s doesn’t even know who lives here. maintenance man takes forever and does half way jobs. This happened to my tub from being there for 9months, it took them a whole year to repaint it, pieces of paint were cutting my daughter . The manager hangs up on you if you tell her you will be taking legal action , but they are quick to harass us for throwing tipper wear in the trash ?? The roof has water damage and they did nothing to fix it , they laughed and said it’s the shade that’s why it looks like that . Very dangerous to in-hail this let alone live in . The tub peeled very bad , not just mine have hear multiple neighbors complain about them . Lady in the front office is very clueless and doesn’t care about anything other then you properly signing her checks .
