Would not recommend this practice. Will leave specific names anonymous but we saw two different providers and had negative experiences with both. First doctor we saw did not wash hands or use hand sanitizer before examining our 3 day old baby (no gloves). Did not ask anything about our first 3 days as parents (only talked about themself). We had to call 3 times & have another providers office call them before they submitted a referral (and then they submitted a referral for the wrong thing leading to denied bills). My son was born July of 2024. After an initial, and disastrous, first appointment with a different pediatricians office we made the decision to move to a Providence practice. We seen Brenna for pretty much everything (but other providers have been great too) and we love her. Front desk staff is wonderful and medical staff are absolute professionals. The office is clean and appointments (even same day) have always seemed easy to schedule. I’m an anxious first time mom and I appreciate the attention to the care of my son.
We love Manito Pediatrics. Dr. White is amazing! Makes sure to explain everything in detail and answer any questions we have. The nurses are sweet and the desk staff is friendly. Being across from the park for a visit after is a plus!
I have been taking my kids here since we moved back home a year ago. Even though the provider we started seeing has since left the other providers are just as amazing. The staff is always so nice and the providers always listen.
