My daughter had surgery scheduled for a umbilical cord hernia. She started to get sick. I called them ahead of time. Let them know. They said she was fine to go ahead and come in. Woke up at 5 AM. Sat here for two hours just for the anesthesiologist to tell me he’s going to cancel surgery. They could’ve canceled it the day before when I called them but no, we had to waste two hours.

My daughter had a procedure this morning bright and early and was tired but didn’t want to miss out on anything so naturally she just couldn’t sit still or she might give in and go back to sleep. The staff was absolutely amazing and kept her entertained until it was her time (shout out to Sarah and Jan in particular). My daughter was treated so well throughout the entire visit and the staff helped me with her every step of the way, even when she wasn’t the easiest.. this included walking me back to the elevators to the parki... read more

My son recently had surgery at this facility after having surgery at another local children's hospital. Although the facilities are nice (clean, decorative) the staff stinks. The receptionist was cold and uninviting. The nurses have so little to say to these nervous young patients (little personality). No one other than the surgeon has made any effort to make us feel comfortable. Rather than being warm and inviting this place is cold. It feels like you're being shuffled through like cows.
