Doctors-amazing. Office staff-horrific. We’ve had two separate instances of the office staff being rude, shameful and judgmental towards our family and today I witnessed them doing the same to another family with two young babies. Unfortunately there are not many other pediatric GI resources in our area but if you can avoid this clinic, do so at all costs. Doctor was very nice and helpful however getting past the attitudes at the front desk is hard.

Dr. Abou-Harb was wonderful. My daughter and I both felt that he listened carefully to her, gave super great explanations of what he thought might be going on as well as explained next steps. He is very nice and friendly, I think that is important when seeing kids.

My child has been seeing Dr abou-harb since he was 5 years old. He's 15 now. Due to a fairly rare genetic disorder, he requires yearly monitoring, scopes, and has even had to have major surgery. Dr abou-harb has been nothing but phenomenal to us. He always explains things in a way I as the parent can understand, is patient with the kids, and is thorough. He's knowledgeable about the condition. He never makes us wait long at all for our appointments and my son feels very safe and comfortable with him. I'm very thankful for ha... read more

Doctor didn’t do his job, yeah he confirmed what the blood tests already said but He didn’t even bother to explain what my son’s chronic health condition was. The side effects and where to go next. Nor did he explain the severity of this condition and that it could lead to cancer, arthritis, diabetes ect google told me more than this guy did. He also suggested we see a dietician but provided no names or help on how to find one basically said not my problem find one and good luck here is his diagnosis sucks to suck. Don’t eat... read more

I have not had a great experience getting scheduled with this office. In my experience so far there is zero to little sense of urgency, and not great communication through out the administration staff to each other. We’ll see how the actual appointment goes, but I am very disappointed and not put at ease to put my daughters health into this office’s hands at all.
