Terrible office, borderline negligent care, I wish we never tried to receive care here.
Terrible experience from start to finish. I walk in to my appointment in which I have waited over 6 months for and the receptionist was atrocious, she was so rude to every patient in the office. I did not catch her name but she was a heavier set lady with olive skin. I get checked in they call me back to the exam room and I waited for 2 hours before i was told I could leave. Doctors-amazing. Office staff-horrific. We’ve had two separate instances of the office staff being rude, shameful and judgmental towards our family and today I witnessed them doing the same to another family with two young babies. Unfortunately there are not many other pediatric GI resources in our area but if you can avoid this clinic, do so at all costs. Doctor was very nice and helpful however getting past the attitudes at the front desk is hard.
Dr. Abou-Harb was wonderful. My daughter and I both felt that he listened carefully to her, gave super great explanations of what he thought might be going on as well as explained next steps. He is very nice and friendly, I think that is important when seeing kids.
My child has been seeing Dr abou-harb since he was 5 years old. He's 15 now. Due to a fairly rare genetic disorder, he requires yearly monitoring, scopes, and has even had to have major surgery. Dr abou-harb has been nothing but phenomenal to us. He always explains things in a way I as the parent can understand, is patient with the kids, and is thorough.
