Everything was good, until I received a bill that I noticed I was charged twice for the influence test. It should have been one, covid one,strep once I had also sent an email asking why I was charged 2 and to this day I have not received an answer, yet I'm stuck with having to pay 2 for influenza.

I went to the Providence Express Care in Bellmead with an ear ache. I was told it was fluid on my ear. Sent me home with prednisone pack. Four days later my ear was completely plugged couldn’t hear out of it at all and my face was slightly swollen, I went again seen another provider that looked at my ears and said there is nothing we can do on our end here at the express care. Call an ENT. The next day my ear got worse the very next day. I went to Premiere ER urgent care side. The PA there said my ear drum was red and swolle... read more
