Disappointed by Lack of Compassion and Coordination During a Critical Time. In August 2025, my father—who has been a long-time patient at Providence Panorama Clinic—was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer. Following an emergency hospitalization, we were instructed to schedule a follow-up appointment with his PCP. If you want a doctor that doesn’t listen to you, and talks over you than dr.bernt is your doctor. I don’t know why i stayed with her for so long. She’s rude. My new doctor opened my eyes to having a doctor that actually cares about you and what your concerns are.
Staff helpful , courteous . Nurse and Dr Stafford absolutely fabulous . My 90 year old mom treated with respect ,skill, and humor . Highly recommend
Absolutely useless. New patient? You have to fill out a PAPER FORM - even though all the information (drugs, history, etc.) is online on MyChart. It's not Artificial Intelligence. It's No Intelligence. And your new appointment? They might be able to squeeze you in sometime during 2026. Only in a town full of people desperate to find a doctor could this office operate the way they do.
I'm trying to get an appointment set up and I have been on the phone for an hour. It's ridiculous. I'm trying to find a new primary care provider that will see me sooner than the Providence family medicine and no such luck.
