Staff helpful , courteous . Nurse and Dr Stafford absolutely fabulous . My 90 year old mom treated with respect ,skill, and humor . Highly recommend
Absolutely useless. New patient? You have to fill out a PAPER FORM - even though all the information (drugs, history, etc.) is online on MyChart. It's not Artificial Intelligence. It's No Intelligence. And your new appointment? They might be able to squeeze you in sometime during 2026. Only in a town full of people desperate to find a doctor could this office operate the way they do.
I'm trying to get an appointment set up and I have been on the phone for an hour. It's ridiculous. I'm trying to find a new primary care provider that will see me sooner than the Providence family medicine and no such luck.
Dr .Bernet was super rude, didn't listen to my clients needs and made me feel like I was completely useless. I wasn't sure of my client pharmacy and she said " I have another patient I'll be back" and walk out of the room . We were rushed, not listen to and pushed out the door . Very unprofessional!!!!!!
