I was treated very poorly at each contact. The person who made my appointment put an address and phone number that were not mine into the system. I was not advised to access the member portal to receive a reminder or to verify my information. The second person I called a couple days before my appointment to confirm everything was in place was inappropriate and sounded under the influence. I had gall bladder removal surgery, and from the intake person to the before and after care teams and everything in between, I had an excellent experience. Good and caring staff. This is my first time using the outpatient surgery section of the hospital, so I can't say anything about the rest of the hospital, but I can say this part is great.

This is the best hospital I have ever had take care of me. From the Emergency Department to the CCD everyone on every shift was pure compassion and care. I arrived in critical shock and was immediately taken care of by a whole team of professionals. They stabilized me and got me to the Critical Care Department where a new team took over. Any thing I asked for was cheerfully quickly answered. Small hospitals are the place to go these days . Thank you, Heroes!

i came in for seizures related to POTS and they tried to tell me i had cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome because i was honest about my usage. they did the same to my mom when she came in for unrelated health issues weeks later. it seems they slap the addict label on anybody who even glances at a bong and then send them home.
