Melissa took such great care of me. She was so calm and warm. I was extremely anxious coming in and she really made me feel calm.
I am a big fan of all the individuals who are working in the outpatient infusion clinic they are all so considerate, so kind and so helpful! I am spending a few hours with Rachael and Jenny- they are so nice to me and they make me feel at home here. These ladies are so great at their jobs! They are spot on in finding my vein for my treatments and they make this infusion seem a little quicker than others I’ve been to. Thanks Rachele and Jenny!! :)
Don't ever become so anemic that u need iron infusions regularly.....u will never get in here to get them,even with the great insurance we have,its a joke trying to get in. An emergency/urgent infusion, takes 2-4 weeks to clear their referral process. Meanwhile if I get bit by a mosquito,Ima keel over while we wait! Yay🤪
