I have had both of my hips done by Dr. Harbour. The experience was amazing. He has the most amazing team and I am positive he could do the procedure blindfolded. That’s how good the man is. The nurses at providence are without a doubt the best in the business. It’s always a positive experience being cared for by the team at Providence Orthopedics.

One of the worst medical offices I've ever interacted with. Very unprofessional and no ethics. I was a medic for 15 years in the Army and worked in medical clinics for 20. I have never seen a place with such low morals and ethics. I have been told for about 6 months I need knee replacement and several other Drs have said the same. Checked in for an appointment with my daughter at 3.30. Didn’t get back until about 4:20. The second time we checked, they said someone didn’t complete the check in so they put her down as a now show & that this has happened with the same employee before. We watched others come in & out, even someone that was 2 hours late go back & leave. Very frustrating to wait so long, especially for how expensive health care is. I really hope we don’t have this issue again. Not very impressed with Providence customer service.
