Very happy with the service of SMMC
Dr Willard is knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on my knee replacement. Now I’m going to come back and have my other knee replaced. He very nice and friendly.
The staff at the Orthopedic Center was great. The receptionist welcomed us and was thorough with details and instructions. The orthopedic nurse was also thorough in going through my history, issue at hand and getting my med list up to date. Dr. Willard took time to listen to my concerns, check both my knee joints for elasticity and explain that they were within normal limits. We also talked about the longevity of my knee replacements and specifically the model that I received. I was totally satisfied and happy with my visit.
Dr Willard is great to work with He replaced my left hip 6 years ago I saw him last week about the pain I’m having in my right hip. I really like the fact that he listened to me about the pain and have a plan to move forward with the right hip replacement
