I have been coming here for about a year and a half. I initially liked it, I felt very heard by my nurse Sarah Huntington. I have had issues that have brought me in and out of here quite a bit in the last year and TWICE now they have not ordered the lab that I went in to get. So I pay my copay, usually my insurance charges me more as well, and I don't even get the test result that I went in for. Predatory and unorganized. I've had much better care at Expresscare.
I have been very pleased with my doctor's so far! I had a couple long waits but there was a reason each time. I feel like each time I went I got excellent care.
