I've been first in line, in hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and am first in line again so far it's been 10 minutes. What the hell I've been to this office they literally have a standing army of receptionists. This is Wedneday September 16th 2026. Tell me there was a freak accident or something holy hell people.
