Provider has been great. My only real complaint is the TV in the lobby is always too loud and with the receptionist talking through a partition, it’s extremely hard to hear. I’ve filled out comment cards regarding this, asked staff to turn it down, and flat out said that I can’t hear them because of the TV, yet it is still an issue.
Very kind staff that listened to my concerns. Was willing to discuss alternative plans for managing my injury, and everyone was very respectful! Thank you guys!! Dr.Bobby, Sharon, Sydney, Sarah, you guys rock!!
