Recommended100% would recommend OB/GYN Associates and Dr.Hechtman. She walked me through my triplet pregnancy from beginning to end where she was unfortunately on vacation for their arrival. But I could have been happier with the on call who’s name if horribly don’t know. I appreciate all the care they gave me.
I love Dr. Satterfield i cannot say enough wonderful things about her,I'm her patient over 10y she delivered my daughter,I always feel she cares about me she listen answer all my questions advice me God bless my Dc❤ Ashley always called me back,ultrasound lady Windy she is so warm, confident in her job,thank you all amazing Stuff you are rock!!
1 STAR My daughter was referred there since FAFB no longer has a woman’s clinic. All she needed was her BC removed from her arm. Went to make the appointment.... can’t because they don’t have the authorization number. (We had auth #). Weeks to get the appointment after they will talk with my daughter. She gets there and then tell her it can’t be removed today. Need another appointment for that. So I guess the first appointment is to get money out of the insurance company. She won’t be going back!!!
Dr Henderson is the most amazing OB! So caring & she actually listens which makes a HUGE difference!! I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an OB in Spokane.

Dr. Henderson and all of the nurses/ARNP's at OBGYN Associates were amazing throughout my pregnancy and delivery. I was always able to get an appointment and whenever I had concerns that took them seriously and helped me out. Would definitely recommend!
The staff and providers are great
I had a horrible experience here! I had an appt w Dr Hechtman. I had to schedule an entire month in advance. My appointment was at 2pm and I arrived on time with paperwork done and was told the doctor had left ten minutes earlier. I was confused why the doctor would leave when I had an appointment and was told by the lady at the front desk that I should have come early. I was given no notice that the doctor was leaving and they were completely rude and unaccommodating. I was told I needed to wait another four weeks to make a... read more
