Dear Fischer Homes Customer Service, I am writing to formally request repair service for several issues that were supposed to be covered under my 1-year home warranty but were never addressed. 1. We bought a new build well here we are ripping out walls because the pipes in the walls are leaking and now we have mold issues. Our home is only a few year old and the plumber who is repairing said this was a leak from the beginning and would not be noticed till drywall was wet. If buying from them make sure to inspect everything before walls go up unfortunately, we were living out of state when this was being built .
