If you are not interested in ever having your spinal issue treated, this is the place to go. Weeks and weeks to get an appointment, then a week for their response, which was a referral for another unnecessary procedure, taking weeks and weeks for that appointment, followed, maybe, someday, by the actual surgery. Over four months of unrelenting, crippling pain, and staff at every level completely unconcerned.
Doctor shah was absolutely worthless to me, I have been trying to find out why I have had concussion symptoms for over 18 months, he told me to go back to neurology who also had no idea. The parking sucks, and due to the length of my van I got a parking ticket for a visit that could have been done through telehealth. This is not my first bad experience with a providence provider. Needless to say I will not be following up with providence.
Their staff, from the referral person to the scheduler was so rude and dismissive, I cancelled my appointment and rescheduled with multi care neuro surgery. If physicians tolerate a rude staff, they clearly dont care about their patients.
After being referred to this clinic twice for different issues in my opinion if you need help especially surgery beg your doctor to send you anywhere else. They will waste weeks of your time and you'll end up seeing someone else anyway. Exhausting and frustrating
If there was another option for the surgery I need, I would choose the other option. But there’s not. This office is so inefficient and unprofessional. Angie the scheduler should be fired. She is absolutely horrible. She doesn’t know how to do her job an told me “good” when I said my head was causing me immense pain.
