The neurologist and staff are very kind and nice. I have really bad migraine headaches and my primary doctor had me go to Missoula to the neurologist there and she was very understanding and easy to talk to. I will be seeing her again her name is Dr. Makinzie Westphal I highly recommend seeing her.
Because there are pretty much no neurologists in the Spokane WA area, we had to make a 3 hour drive to Missoula. I had been diagnosed with early onset dementia. The Providence facility there and the provider were amazing! She spent a good 90 minutes with my husband and me, provided great information, and answered our questions in an understandable manner. Recently had an appointment and was treated terrible. The PA that saw me did not speak very god English. Very brief diagnosis ? ? Never did get get re- scheduled with the actual neurological Dr. Very poor quality of care .
These people are absolutely horrible. I was referred to them by my doctor to get a second opinion on a missed diagnosis from a neurologist in Kalispell. After waiting a week for their nurse to review my referral, I was asked if I had been to a neurologist already. I said yes. When it was determined I had seen a neurologist already within the last 2 years, she said their clinic does not take patients who have already seen other neurologists because they're too busy.
