I used a provider at this office for chronic, debilitating migraines. After about a year of care I had finally found a treatment plan that kept my migraines down to under 10 a month. This consisted of Botox, monthly injections, and a emergency medication. I got a letter in the mail 2 weeks before my next Botox appointment saying they would be discontinuing care with me due to 3 missed appointments in our time together. They refuse general neurology referrals after sitting on them for weeks, which delays care. I see it happened to another person recently as well. Don't waste your time trying to see these providers. They recommend travelling outside of Missoula to see neurology. I have to agree.
A referral from my primary doctor was sent here so I could follow up on an abnormal mri. If I could give zero stars I would. The doctors here apparently didn't think I was worth seeing and denied the referral for an appointment. Go somewhere else where they will actually see you at least for a consult.
