Provides decent help but Team A with dr. Carlini is very straight forward and tell me what to do, not politely listen and give advice. It's like he is saying do it, not helping
Wasted 5 plus years trying to get help for my migraines I’ve had 2 strokes n still this doctor won’t listen or help
If I could give zero stars for Dr Carlini I would, uncaring and doesnt follow through with care and if you disagree they will no longer help you.They also lied on documents.
I hate hate hate this practice. Overworked, understaffed, inefficient, under-caring, left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, and they have most voluminous red tape of any doctor's office I've ever been to. The biggest problem is that the telephone operator is the gatekeeper for all services. You cannot speak with your doctor, or their medical assistant -- you can't even leave a message for the medical assistant.
