I called panicking because I thought I was having a minor stroke due to a migrane and the lady on the phone was SO RUDE interrupting me saying I needed a referral before I can ask any specialist any questions . Didn’t catch her name, and I know I should probably hit up urgent care but I was so incredibly scared and she did not make it a healthy and nice interaction. At least have a nicer tone.

I don't know why a bunch of reviews think they know neurology better than literal Neurologists... But my doctor is professional and acts like a doctor should, telling me the problem and getting to the problem.

Dr. Plesiu is professional, polite, skilled and thorough. She is knowledgeable and can sort out cause from effect. The rest of the staff were equally kind and professional.

Avoid this neurology clinic at all costs. Dr. Moon is uninformed about migraines and I would highly recommend against having her administer Botox for migraines. Jameson is skilled with Botox injections for migraines but highly unpleasant. To make matters worse they never answer their phone, it typically is answered eventually by the Milwaukie clinic. The My Chart messages will sometimes never get responded to and if they do it is never timely. Dr. Moon is leaving so maybe a new doctor will be an improvement.
