This HOA makes me feel uncomfortable in my own residence, numerous times I have caught members taking pictures of our porch just to send us threatening letters for violations yet our neighbors have the same type of decorations up for months, their violations feel extremely inconsistent as to who gets them and why. It’s very much pick and chose with them. They have made living at Providence a very poor experience.

We have family members who live in this neighborhood so we visit often. All their neighbors seem to be friendly & helpful. Everyone keeps their yard immaculate and pretty. We enjoy walking our dogs in the dog park located in the neighborhood. Our dogs seem to enjoy it too! Nice place!
