dr craddock is amazing. Her staff is pleasant too. If you’ve got MS in the Spokane area this is who you want to see
They have saved my life. I've been going to the MS clinic since 2008 and it's been a hard road but these doctors, nurses, and amazing staff have healed my body and my mind helped me to laugh, and was there when I cried. Thank you everyone you all make this world easier for us MSers.
I found Dr. Craddock to be cold and dissmisive. Left me hanging with absolulety no follow up care and testing even though we agreed upon a course of action before I left her office. If you have MS go see Dr. Yashma Patel, she's outstanding.
I have been with Dr. Craddock for almost 4 years now. this clinic is so much better than my last one where they absolutely did not care about what I needed at all. Dr. Craddock is a specialist so she is short on time, but she does know me and pays attention to my case. All of the staff are kind and know who I am. Getting refills can be a problem if you don't remember that they have a 72 hour refill policy. The staff is kind and courteous. I always have my questions answered through My Chart.
