Doctors are great but avoid the Lab. Opens 1 hr late closes 30 min early. Long wait times poor patient relations. Worst in area. Operated by lab Corp. You know it's bad when searching why long wait times through Google, thousands complaints surface.
Everyone was generally friendly, but I'm afraid that's the only good thing I can say. I have many complex health issues; I went 5 times since December, and every single time something got messed up in my charts. They really should say that they are not taking new patients at this time. I guess I am starting all over.
They are overwhelmed and appointments are hard to get. I waited 2 months for my appointment. I am a single parent and self employed trying to juggle it all while dealing with black mold sickness and was unfortunately late to this appointment I waited so long for. I was so stressed out trying to get there but if you are more than 10 minutes late they won’t see you even if you’re stuck in the school traffic and call to let them know. Health concerns are serious and to be put off when you need them most is unsettling. I tried t... read more
