Went in for an appointment that I made two weeks prior. I went in at the scheduled time on the email I received. After checking in and waiting for 20 minutes I was told I was late to my appointment. I informed the employee that I went by the time on the email I received. She said that the times on the emails are always wrong. I wish the person who scheduled the appointment told me that over the phone.

Unbelievable. As a new patient, I called and was told I would get in sooner if I would agree to see a PA. No problem. After a three month wait I received a call today that my July appointment has been changed to a virtual visit. That won’t work for me. Lauri proceeds to tell me that I could reschedule with a nurse for the end of September. Are you serious? Completely unacceptable. They really should say that they are not taking new patients at this time. I guess I am starting all over.

Health concerns are serious and to be put off when you need them most is unsettling. I tried t... read more

Most providers are completely burned out and lacking empathy. One provider engages in flat out patient abuse. Don't waste your time here.

If someone is calling to try and establish care as a new patient, I would advise that your receptionists be a little more friendly and professional. There is no need to treat someone looking to make an appointment so rudely.
