We went to the mother baby clinic to help with some minor latching issues. Generally the providers were helpful, kind and caring. The billing department was not however. They billed us seemingly random amounts per visit, ranging from ~250 up to ~460 with no apparent reason for the price discrepancy. We have a unique insurance plan that doesn’t cover these appointments and were shocked when they couldn’t explain why the charges almost doubled on our second visit.
