We had a very disappointing experience with the Mother Baby Clinic during an incredibly vulnerable time as first-time parents trying to establish breastfeeding. In just five weeks, we were routed to four different lactation consultants, including Sarah and Shannon. We had an amazing experience at the hospital during delivery and postpartum care which makes this situation even more disappointing. A few days after our baby was born we met with a lactation consultant, Kim I believe. Unfortunately the appointment was not very helpful. Many of the questions we asked could not be answered directly and she often had to look things up on a computer or ask someone else in the office despite having over 10 years of experience.
