EDITED so you can see the events that happened a little better. Also, this place gets zero stars, not the one that I'm required to put in. Nov 16 - Went into the pharmacy to request a refill for a rescue inhaler. Pharmacy told us it may take awhile for the office to get to the fax. My husband called to confirm the fax was received. The office said they didn't know who I was and he informed them that my name had changed. They confirmed that the fax was received and they would get to it. The excuse this office has with messing up my refill is that they are in chaos because they are moving. This is not a good enough reason to ignore a fax from a pharmacy. Once you get the fax, you fill it as soon as possible. Not 3+ days later. The prescription I need is a rescue inhaler. I'd hope for anything life threatening they'd at least try to fill it faster. If I could zero stars I would. They have cancelled 4 appointments with my husband and I in 3 weeks and the only thing that they can offer is 2 more months out. I have been waiting for this appointment for over 3 months all ready.
I came here looking for a primary care physician because I have a lot of health issues that prevent me from taking better care of my son. We recently got out of a domestic violence situation and the doctor didn't even believe me abou my health issues and didn't even look at my mri, he just read the report and said that I was to young to be in pain.
