Super displeased with the professionalism with the receptionists at the front desk. I went in today to get my blood drawn by my doctor and the desk receptionist was byond disrespectful and arrogant and rude. Apparently you can’t make appointments which i didn’t know that was not my fault. I got an appointment card and eveything with a diffrent receptionist who was actully kind and understood why I needed one because of the fact I need one for work/school purposes.
