Their emergency room (justin) lied to my face about our insurance not being covered at thuis location and transfered my son in the middle of the night to some place that wont treat him... only for me to find out this location contracts with our provider SPECIFICALLY AND HE WROTE A DIFFERENT REASON FOR THE TRANSFER!!!! NOW MY SON IS STUCK IN SOME PLACE THAT DOESNT EVENT PROVIDE THE TREATMENT HE NEEDS!!!!

I have been here several times for long term health issues. I’ve never been treated so poorly than I was today . The doctor stated everytime I’m here my heart rate is always high (which it is) but isn’t normal. Also am always in pain which is trying to be managed by pain management doctor. I’ve had chronic health issues for years, I already feel like a burden. Before the doctor came in I heard a nurse say “I wish it was the good (my last name)”.
