I went here because my lymph nodes were extremely swollen and I couldn’t move my neck and was in pain. The internet said I should seek urgent care so I did. They administered a cheap mono test and never even examined my lymph nodes. That’s all they did and they charged $486 for that visit. Please avoid at all costs.
As we all know care is far few and in between finding good care excellent care a stretch but this place the urgent Care in Mill Creek has consistently helped me every single time with respect honoring my wishes listening and giving me the advice I need for how to move forward even referring me to where I need to go so yes this place is number one if they could be my primary care they absolutely would be because what they do do no harm they live by as should other care facilities so they get my five star approval of excellenc... read more
Experience was okay, not the best. The nurse/medical assistant and front desk were nice. I felt like the doc or PA wasn't too interested in prescribing medicine, instead wanting a referral or follow-up with my primary care. Since I went to the walk-in to get seen sooner, I was hoping for more direct treatment. The doc seemed to want to wrap things up quickly. His attitude was okbut Maybe could've spent more time on my concerns or prescribed meds for the issue I came in for.
