The medical Assistant and the Doctor were friendly, and very efficient. My concerns were heard and addressed.

Thank you for asking to share our experience! This was an appointment for my mom of 90 years old! She was asked a question by the nurse, that seemed unusual! The nurse who was taking her vitals, specifically told her that she could only mention TWO of her problems for treatment to the physician who was having his first visit with her! The hospital is good but the only take away from the hospital are the staff, sometimes they don't respond to patients as should. It's discouraging and I find it rude that people come to the hospital for help and the only good ones are the ones check in counter front part of the entrance. They seem better the the doctors we see.
