Beware of this medical group as they absolutely do not care about their patients. I visited with my primary doctor late February 2021 and was prescribed medication for high blood pressure and given only a 6 month supply and told to call for a refill in August. I called their offices this morning (August 18, 2021) for a refill and was told they would not refill my prescription since the doctor who prescribed it was no longer there. Waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time in an exam room. Not the first time, but it is the last time because I'm not going back.
Horrible customer service!!! front desk ladies with real bad attitude they are so rude!!! the location on West side. be prepared for the worst service!!!
