Went to ER and they claimed to be short handed and did not want to help my elderly mother with a wheelchair. She was in excruciating pain. I had to raise my voice and demand they help hee and finally they relented. They did not call hee doctor or do any tests. They made hee feel bad about being in pain . Terrible experience
