Only been there once, person who took me in , my nurse and doctor all super sweet and kind the lady on the way out this a little off putting she seemed annoyed that I only had on weekday to work with. Like girl it’s my work schedule my bad? Other wise all good so far

Changing from 1 to 5 because while the insurance system sucks, especially for patients, this place did a fantastic job. They are serving an entire community which can put demands on the system. But they are serving with compassion and knowledge.

This place doesn’t care about my health. I had an acute need following an urgent care visit and I was in the process of establishing care in Windsor from Sebastopol after moving to Windsor. I had an appointment on Wednesday to establish care. Even though I was calling on Monday and have been a Providence patient for 15+ years and they have access to all my charts. They refused to schedule an appointment for an acute, or modify the establish care appointment. My existing provider won’t help, because I’m 2 months overdue on th... read more

I want to start with the positive first, Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Bedolla is an absolute gem and they are absolutely undeserving of her. She goes above and beyond and keeps up to date on the latest publishing on my condition. The medical assistants Maria and Silvia are lovely souls as well. The rest of the staff especially the clerical staff are a hit or miss, Theresa is always lovely and kind to me though. The rest of them it depends on if you catch them on a good or bad day. The receptionist was extremely rude and would not even take time to listen to my medical concerns. Absolutely worthless.
