I want to start with the positive first, Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Bedolla is an absolute gem and they are absolutely undeserving of her. She goes above and beyond and keeps up to date on the latest publishing on my condition. The medical assistants Maria and Silvia are lovely souls as well. The rest of the staff especially the clerical staff are a hit or miss, Theresa is always lovely and kind to me though. The rest of them it depends on if you catch them on a good or bad day. The receptionist was extremely rude and would not even take time to listen to my medical concerns. Absolutely worthless.
I really like this place. I was impressed with my new pcp, Jackie Anderson, NP-C who not only was kind and friendly but also intelligent with a decent sense of humor. And on top of this the office staff was kind and efficient and fast. Actually very kind. The nurse’s aid went beyond her regular job duties to bring in a fan for me because I was too hot. They appear to be very good at their jobs.

Terrible front desk staff, especially Denise. She is SO rude. I heard her shouting across the room at an elderly lady who was hard of hearing and when she couldn’t hear her she rolled her eyes then shouted again trying to get her attention. I finally told Denise that i didn’t think the lady could hear her and that she should come closer to talk to her. Another time there was a line of elderly people on a different occasion trying to check out at the front desk but Denise was in the back checking out lipstick colors. On a dif... read more
