I was so impressed with this urgent care. I called and told them I thought I broke my ankle and Katrina told me a special place to park so I didn’t have to walk too far and they brought me in within minutes. They did an x-ray and I was out of there within the hour. Everybody was super nice and they took great care of me. I highly recommend them!
Salvador who staffs the front desk and does the intake, temp and blood pressure needs to go. Rude, patronizing and such an attitude. The doctors and nurse practitioners are pretty good. Updated to three stars because the new weekend front desk person, Shannon is amazing, as was the provider for the day, Jerry. Courtney the MA was very difficult to work with, not solutions oriented and tried to kick me and my kids out of the office even though we had done nothing wrong. I came in today right when they opened and had Mayra NP as the provider. 5/5 stars, she listened to my concerns and what was done or the meds that were given to me in the past. I didn’t feel judged and I felt that she genuinely cares about what’s going on with me. The front desk and the lady who took my VS are also super nice! I’m sad that they don’t offer reservation times like the other urgent care that closed down but then again, it’s an urgent care, not a clinic.
First; Providence is without a doubt the worst experience for people in need of health care. Especially for a senior. The exception is the staff and care of this facility. Every Providence staff should be required to serve a week observing their patient interactions from initial phone contact, to front office, to MA and especially the PA. EXEMPLARY!
If I could leave 0 stars I would, because that's the care I got. Over an hour before they close I was told they were at capacity with 1 person in their waiting room. Don't bother wasting your time going here cause you won't get seen.
