I am very grateful for the quality of care I receive here from my doctor. The staff and nurses are very friendly and understanding. I drive an hour each way for each visit because it is worth it for me to receive the care I do. Thank you, all, for what you do!
If you need anything done, you'll have to correct them multiple times before it's done right e.g. prior authorizations & pharmacies you want medications sent to. Not just a one off situation. I've been going to this clinic for years now and it seems to happen nearly every month.
I want to sincerely thank this clinic and Dr. Burton for the help they've given me today. To feel cared for after some hard ER visits has uplifted me so much. Thank you Snohomish!
Does not respond on their own online messaging system or return phone calls. simply trying to have a prescription written after bloodwork done and a visit the provider required. After this and previous issues will lbe seeking other healthcare.
