VERY PLEASÀNT NEW DR IS GREAT
Medical malpractice at its best. My 7 year old was seen and they are trying g to get ahold of us and managed to get ahold fo our emergency contact. Won't tell the emergency contact any information even though we signed papers saying it was okay. Trying to get information on our 7 yeat old daughter about blood work which you guys are so eager to get ahold fo us about. Dr. Burton and Chelsea are AMAZING. Dr. Monteiro is AWFUL. She doesn't care. She literally told me "That happens with age" when discussing my symptoms. Then she blames my irritation and anger on mental health problems. Nurse Practitioner McCahon changed my chart without my permission against the advice of the Providence psychiatrist who changed my diagnoses.
