Everything is good except the receptionist are rude, and think they are doctors and talk about other peoples info. Rudest receptionist people I’ve ever met in my life, I’d recommend not coming there because of the receptionist. And the older lady is the most rude hung up on me cause I asked to speak to a on call nurse about my daughter. Like we get it you don’t care about the kids that come cause they aren’t yours. Emily Pope is amazing! She always takes the time to answer all my questions, is gentle with my kids, I feel like my children are truly cared for with her. All the nurses especially Susan are always so friendly and helpful. Even when Emily Pope isn’t available and we have to see another pediatrician in the office, we still receive great care and wonderful bedside manner. Been going here for almost 3 years since my son was born. They are the best team ever! It’s easy to get same-day appointments if you call early in the morning. Easy to park and get in/out especially during COVID times. They have Saturday AM appointments. We love Dr. Culhane, but we’ve seen several other providers for drop in. They are all wonderful and attentive to my child’s needs.
