PA Kevin Nelson is a good listener and takes all my concerns seriously. He is such a good health care provider.
Today I had an office visit with Sonja Halterman, MD. She was excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional. I am very pleased with my care. Her staff was equally friendly and professional, as well as highly competent and attentive.
I felt listened too and there was a suggestion made on how maybe I could get the help needed. What was suggested helped me to get well enough to finally start to not have the pain that I was suffering. I was even called on the phone to ask a few more questions to find the answer, that told me after I left it was still being thought about. That was a consciences thing to do and compassion shown, actually it was the final answer to help me. Went above and beyond to help after 6 months of pain
