I love how conveniently close this office is to my home. Staff is kind in person. Cleanliness is okay. Receptionists had a plate of chicken tenders next to her while checking me in. Met with my nurse practitioner for 4 minutes total for my physical. She was very nice. Waited 15 minutes in the waiting room, once I got back to my room I waited another 20 minutes. Then waited another 20 to get my vaccination. I think they pack too much into the day.

I've had a consistently poor experience with patient relations, both through the app and via phone. My attempts to communicate with the doctor regarding medication refills were met with zero response or only close-ended answers, despite prior approval for these medications. After getting lab results they are often downplayed or not acknowledged until I ask about my results. Multiple requests to get mail in meds have been denied without explanation from the office. Updating my review, one less star, on July 25 of 2023. My elderly mom who’s now almost 88, was hospitalized again and i found out it’s the law for primary to see you within one week. We got an apt with the other NP Anna who we recall liking better than the NP Mara( side note: our family has been with this office for over 25 years when my kids were small, all of us seeing the now retired Dr. Cynthia Morris) We were hoping to switch permanently to Anna when we get a call this am the office mgr Veronica to say they want to chan... read more
