Leilani is incredible! She took so much of her time over these past few to help me with an insurance issue and took great care of me. Her customer service and professionalism is amazing!
Don't go here. Bad service. Low accountability and follow up. NP ordered unnecessary tests without a diagnosis code, so insurance decline to cover them, didn't collect enough cells for cytology and then refused to call back to triage for months. Still hasn't called back.
I called the Providence medical group today at 4:35pm, and was basically on hold until closing at 5 PM. At some point while I was on hold, I was told that I was the next caller in the queue. I’m really tired of today’s lazy employees who don’t care about customer service. There’s no excuse for me to be on hold for 25 minutes. I have never had stellar customer service from the Providence front desk staff.
