Dr. Gilbert and his Np Rachel were both really great!! They answered all of my questions, handeled my dramatics, and had plenty of patience. Very grateful for them and their team! The X-ray guy was also very kind.

Only waited a week for an appointment and 10 minutes for the doctor. Fast friendly efficient. And no Johnson County traffic (or overblown egos)! What's not to like?

Had my second appointment there for a fractured finger. They took a second set of X-rays. Physician Assistant Lindsey Grant printed them out for me to show me how the bone is growing a bit bigger where it’s healing by the knuckle. She gave me all the information I needed on how to care for it from here. She is always very informative and doesn’t make feel rushed while she answers all my questions.

I was surprised to be in the exam room 10 minutes before my appt time. The lady at reception was very friendly & helpful. The attendant before the Dr. Was also great. Dr. Smeltzer was also & she took the time to answer my questions. If bedside manner is important to you, this is the ortho to go to!
