The practice with Dr Smeltzer were professional, proficient, very good patent services and extremely knowledgeable! I've been going here for over 4 years and never had any issues. I hope you too give them a shot like they have me 2 knee shots! Thank you Dr Smeltzer
Everyone professional, prompt and they have great communication skills, explaining plan, and answer any questions. One of the ladies at the front desk, Darlene was wonderful! I was having trouble getting things to Dr. Gilbert the week before, he wasn't listed on my portal, where I could ask him questions through the portal. Darlene, figured a way around that, going above and beyond, to help me!!
The staff are always helpful and I’m greeted with a smile and respect. I love how Dr. Katy Shmelzer & Dr Lindsey Grant take the time to explain what the problem is and where we go from that point on. Im pleased with the outcome after my surgery.
