I've called so many times to try to get an appointment as a new patient with absolutely no one picking up or receiving my message for weeks. I've given up on Providence and I will not use this hospital system going forward.

This place used to be great I don’t know what happened but the nurse make me feel like I was a waste of her time and was trying to rush me . And let not forget how long it takes for them to answer the phone.

Almost impossible to get on the phone. If you set your appts in advance, mostly fine although generally not on time. If you need an appt for an unexpected issue, or to reschedule, they ask you to call each morning for a cancellation. Unless you have an hour free to dial and redial, you won’t be getting through, even if you start calling at 9am on the dot. Understand this is a resourcing issue but nonetheless it is very frustrating.

Always late never answers the phone I have to go iama provider for them to pickup but once I get there no one is evening doing anything but talking and laughing with each other
