Dr. Uno has made a false dhs report for missing appointment to dhs. Dr Kristine Park provided me false health insurance information which has caused a financial hardship on me and my family. As a first time mom to a newborn, I would suggest finding a doctor who does not advise you that your health insurance will cover over a newborn, when it indeed does not. I feel I was taken advantage of by Dr Park and have been billed for unnecessary services. A doctor should not provide insurance advice if they are not licensed to do so. I requested a step down medication last month so I wouldn't go through withdrawals. Instead they sent the regular dosage. So when out I started going through withdrawal systems that put me down. I called and practically begged for the lower dosage to step down gradually since they made the mistake and sent the regular dosage. They refused and now I'm in bed trying to indure till I get past this. How rude. Do no harm huh??? I only wish I could give them -5 stars.
I’m very grateful they’re helping me. This is the third time I’ve been at the hospital today and they’re actually doing a good job and I appreciate them fixing me. I was really sick.
