Very disappointed with my experience. I felt dismissed rather than heard when I asked for help managing my anxiety. I clearly explained that I was not in crisis, yet I was referred to an outpatient program instead of having my treatment concerns addressed. If i was having mental health crisis, my therapist would've referred me. Then again that was explained to doc but as usual it was dismissed. Doc refused to talk wirh my therapist.
