Ridiculously long wait times and absolutely no communication from the staff! Took a loved one in with complaints of chest pain and respiratory issues and they let them sit for 2.5 hours!!! Highly do NOT recommend this place if you actually care about yourself or a loved one!!
The office staff has been unresponsive for months when I try to get medicine refilled. Then respond by indicating over a two week notice may be an urgent request. The doctors are great. Office staff not so much. I could not rate lower.
This is an excellent collection of different services and providers through Providence located at Memorial Medical Plaza, the main hospital across the street and several other locations.
