Scheduled an appointment with a Dr, they called a few days later and told me she isn't taking new patients, so I'll have to see a PA. When I tried to simply ask if the PA could still fill out a document that my insurance company is requiring, I was told they won't tell me until I get there and see the PA (and pay the copay). The manager is unbelievably rude and accused me of lying about serious injuries when I was just trying to get a straight answer on if this type of appointment would fit my needs. They tried to get me on depression medication. I had to go to another doctor to get a proper diagnosis.
Dr.bennet excellent doctor, whose office tends to double book. I filed a grievance they dropped me as a provider . very unprofessional and unsettling.
I have a great primary care physician in Dr. Fisco. I rarely have more than a 10 minute wait even during the busy flu season. I highly recommend him if you need any primary care help
