I'm the only patient in the hospital since coming in Friday night. It all started Monday morning with pain medicine. Was to be at 7am not till 8. Then that meant hour later. Now it's 7pm 5 hrs past original time just now getting them. WHY???????? Only patient in hospital and can't get it when due. Now it's even later when get next dose. ONLY PATIENT!!!!!!!
Addition of the clinic and late+weekend hours is the best thing to this town and neighboring towns and cities!! No more unnecessary ER visits!!
Had to take husband to ER after cutting finger. Went to FRHS first and that was a complete joke. We walked out after admissions was rude and staff didn’t know what rooms were available. Drove to Wayne, walked in and was helped immediately. Admissions was kind and professional, nurse was professional and fun as well as the doctor. Was in and out in less than 45 min. We will be using Providence for all our Hospital/ER/covenant care needs!!
nurses were pretty rude. would be waiting hours for a simple request or even an answer to a question.
